Unused credits do not roll over. A failed task returns its reserved credit. Downloading a completed result again does not use another credit.
Before you begin
Where do tenders come from?
Sources: PLACSP open data, including aggregated public platforms, and TED notices for Spain. Public documents are downloaded where supported; missing files can be uploaded. Coverage does not guarantee every tender or amendment.
What does the analysis cover?
Read documents: PCAP, PPT, annexes, contract terms and available corrections. It identifies eligibility, award criteria, deadlines and submission files. Unread drawings and files require manual review.
Does BIDWAY issue official certificates?
No. Obtain tax, social security, registry and product certificates and guarantees from their issuers. Use the official DEUC model where required.
Does BIDWAY submit bids?
No. Review, sign and submit your offer on the platform specified by the contracting authority.
What does company matching mean?
A ranking by activity, keywords, related terms, exclusions and CPV. It is not an award probability or proof of eligibility.
Are documents always up to date?
Accessible sources are checked again. Also verify corrections and clarifications in the buyer profile. Uploaded packages must be confirmed as current by the user.
