1. Service scope
BIDWAY helps companies discover and analyse procurements and prepare document drafts. Sources include PLACSP open data, including aggregated public platform records, accessible notices and attachments, TED notices concerning Spain, and user uploads. Complete market coverage, amendments and clarifications are not guaranteed.
2. Account
Provide accurate data and only process documents you are entitled to use. Do not share passwords, upload unlawful content or access other users’ documents. The service is intended for professional users; applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
3. Price and subscription
The plan costs €67.99 per month and includes 10 analyses and 10 document preparations per paid period. Unused units do not carry forward. Payments are card-only through Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The configured price is the total plan amount; the operator must verify tax treatment and invoicing before opening sales.
4. Activation, cancellation and issues
Access is activated after payment confirmation. Manage the subscription in the account panel and configured Stripe portal. If unavailable, contact kontakt@bidway.eu. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the cancellation confirmation; the paid period remains available subject to account status. Refunds and disputes are assessed individually under applicable law; mandatory rights are not excluded.
5. Outputs and verification
Analyses and documents are supporting materials and drafts for review, not authority decisions, official certificates or guarantees of success. Users verify tender documents, specifications, criteria, deadlines, clarifications and contract terms at the official source. Users set prices, confirm capacity, supply missing information and obtain third-party evidence. The platform does not fabricate tax certificates, criminal records, references, bank guarantees or product certifications. It does not electronically sign documents or submit bids automatically.
6. Technical limitations
Source availability may change. Damaged or protected files, scans and drawings may not be fully readable. An omitted requirement in an analysis does not prove its absence from the procedure. Do not bypass access controls or private database licences. Report errors and interruptions to kontakt@bidway.eu.
7. Privacy and changes
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Price or term changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated before application in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Users remain responsible for downloaded documents.
